spacious room high quality friendly staff
I appreciated the spacious, clean room (it was a premium king room). the breakfast offered a great selection of high-quality items. the staff were friendly and professional. They were very informative when i asked for directions.
i noticed a slight delay during check-in because the receptionist was on the phone.

A Nice Stay, Really good Comfort and Style
friendly staff clean room complimentary wafer super clean bathroom
The staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring all needs were met. I found the room to be clean. I especially appreciated the complimentary caramel wafer and Irn Bru. The bathroom was spacious and super clean, with both a great shower and a bath.
The car park was quite small. This meant parking nearby, which required an early morning move.

The room was really spacious with stylish and atmospheric décor with vaulted brick ceilings. The large, comfortable bed featured pristine linen. This added to the impression of a quality hotel room.

the bathroom was fantastic and had beautiful toiletries. the public areas had very nice decor.
i was surprised by the £50 security deposit. it was hidden from plain sight when i booked. i had to wait for it to be refunded after they checked for damages.

efficient check-in friendly staff superb bar poor breakfast uncomfortable bed service issue
i appreciated the efficient check-in. shevani was friendly. the bar service was superb on both nights. i ended up staying at the bar because of great engagement with all the customers.
the breakfast was poor on day 2. the staff seemed uncomfortable. they had no food delivery that day. the bed was two single beds pushed together. it left a gap.

spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff nice touches
I liked the spacious room. It had a super king bed I found very comfortable. The room had air conditioning. I did not need it. I noticed nice touches with a comic book in the room. The staff was very friendly.

Breakfast had good food, including amazing pancakes. The open plan dining room includes the original ceiling. Large windows make it a pleasant space for morning meals.

The bathroom included a fantastic shower. My room had brick arches that were original. The building's past is preserved with modern features, something I noticed. The location is close to the city center.
