i noticed a slight delay during check-in because the receptionist was on the phone.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, ensuring all needs were met. I found the room to be clean. I especially appreciated the complimentary caramel wafer and Irn Bru. The bathroom was spacious and super clean, with both a great shower and a bath.

The car park was quite small. This meant parking nearby, which required an early morning move.

the bathroom was fantastic and had beautiful toiletries. the public areas had very nice decor.

i was surprised by the £50 security deposit. it was hidden from plain sight when i booked. i had to wait for it to be refunded after they checked for damages.

i appreciated the efficient check-in. shevani was friendly. the bar service was superb on both nights. i ended up staying at the bar because of great engagement with all the customers.

the breakfast was poor on day 2. the staff seemed uncomfortable. they had no food delivery that day. the bed was two single beds pushed together. it left a gap.
